My Page Cannot be displayed when the files are there??!!

I have the strangest problem... I've checked cmod, ive checked many things! My main page files are ok and they show up but for some weird arse reason when i go to http://www.ausfx.com/yabbse/index.php it comes up with "The page cannot be found"

I don't get it! Please someone help me cuz this is strange ass!

When i say type in a link to say a picture in the yabb directory i can see it!

Can you post a link to a page with the phpinfo() from your server? Sounds like something wrong with your host.

Try downloading the safe mode package and uploading the default template.

I am having major diffcultys ... my host does not want to cooperate with me... i asked where the phpinfo was and they didnt reply how am i ment to get a link to it... where is it?

I tryed the default template upload... didnt work!! my home page and everything else is fine... just not the forum

Copy this text:

To any text editor and save it as phpinfo.php. Upload it to your webspace and post the URL (like mywebspace/phpinfo.php) here.

Don't know if this has any direct bearing on your problem or not (seems unlikely, given that your page isn't showing at all), but PHP 4.1.2 has certainly been causing enough problems to be 'blacklisted' in [Unknown]'s Common Questions for 1.5.x!

FWIW, my attempts to access some things that *should* be there according to the forum URL you provided have produced nothing but 403 errors:

But none of that appears to be responsible for your problems, so I'm afraid I'll simply have to leave this one for someone else!

PS One last thing which might just be worth a mention is that, while IE says 'Cannot find server or DNS Error', Mozilla's producing an alert box with 'The document contains no data.'

Just discovered you've moved the board to http://www.ausfx.com/forum/index.php and it's working now, so wondering if you're going to tell us what was wrong?
