Those pesky folder icons!

I know this question may have been beaten to death but I must ask anyway. Where can I find aesthetically pleasing folder icons buttons) that look better than the default set and are also transparent.

I almost have my site looking how I want it to: http://www.justelise.org/forums/

BUT those darned folder icons just don't look good on my theme.

Can anyone help me?

lockheed: Download the buttons again cuz i fixed some white spots around the buttons border  ;)

The folder icons looks really great !!
Are there also special folder icons for
"Locked Sticky"
"Topic Locked Poll"
"Completed Thread"

Because the foldericons (Locked Sticky, Topic locked poll") of Babylon are using the same icon.
