looks like your host has disabled the php mail function
so stuff like IM notification, welcome mail, send topic, etc will not work
you can disable these through the admin center

you host has disabled the mai() feature of php, if its a paid host ask them why and if they wont enable it move to a proper host, if its a free host you will have to live with it though you can lessen the impact. Use the search to work out how to lessen the impact

Already be informed by my admin.

We would like to inform all members affected by the disabling of php mail that the move is not a permanent one. Due to popular demand, we have been forced to find a solution instead of banning php mail completely. We will have php mail re-enabled as soon as we get a solution to the problem. We are working tirelessly. This issue is priority number one so do not start considering moving to another host. This is only a temporary move that we hope and expect will only be for a day or 2. Blame it on the spammers. :-) But the whole experience is good for the long run as we will have more stable servers after this. All suggestions made by members have been taken into consideration.
