...if I'm not, please point me in the right direction.

I need a news mod for my YaBB SE board. You know, the one that takes all the posts from a certain board and prints them onto one page.

Kinda like it's doing here (This is a Y1G SP 1.2 board) http://www.barnesweb.com/aga/

Does any such thing exist? If not, would anyone be willing to create it?

download the safe mode package
and if u're still using 1.4.1, upgrade to 1.5.2 (very important)!!!

Okay I upgraded and got News.php. Now what do I do with it?

It just says "Hacking attempt..." when viewed. How do I make it work?

it's an include, you can't run it directly. You have to include it in the page you want to display the news.
Like this:
Code Select

<?
include("http://www.yoursite.com/YaBBSE/index.php?action=news;board=1");
?>

notice the 'action=news',  that tells Yabb to display the news and 'board=1' is the board you print the news in in the first place.
