im using .tk free short domain..
but if i want to login the forums he don't save the cookies ..
what can i do to fix that ?

you cant, its a feature of IE (and other browsers?) to block cookies in frames from other domains, you will have to break out of the frame based redirect for the cookies to work, that or get all your users to set their privacy level to accept all cookies (good luck  getting people to do that...)

ok, but if i have a paid url (com/net/org) this problem don't appear ?

Just redirect the tk to your full URL, and set your boardurl to that.
