Upgraded successfully now need a bit of help

I upgraded from 1.4.1 to 1..5.2 today and everything seemed to go well with the upgrade.

I however seemed to have lost a bunch of smilies that I had once had on the boards.  I figured it just overwrote the whole folder that I had for the smilies.  

In the newer version...how do I readd smilies again? Maybe I am just missing it...but I am having a hard time finding that option.

well i have downloaded the mod and have tried to install it...but it doesnt seem to be taking to well so far.  Ill keep trying for now...but if anyone has any advice I would love to hear.

I have all the smilies I want in the correct folder...it shows the smilies that I can add to a message..but what it doesnt do is allow me to actually add a smiley by clicking on it.  It never inserts the smiley into the message  :(

Try reuploading ubbc.js in ASCII mode!

PS I'm assuming here that you're not able to insert *any* smilies by clicking on them, so I'm not talking about the mod...

Well i did that and i was able to click on the smilies that I added in as extras....but now the original group of 16 wont go in by clicking on them  ???
