Our board keeps getting hacked

Our board keeps getting hacked by someone.  It has happened 2 times and we changed the admin pass and the mysql pass.

We r thinking that they hacked into the database.  I just came back from there, and just had another hacker attack/

Make sure you are using YaBB SE 1.5.2.

Check your forum access logs.
