Formatting Memberlist

Hi! I was wondering if there is any mod written to redesign the layout of the memberlist in the Admin section (ie. go to Admin and click on "View/Delete Members". I notice that right now, the list of members will just keep getting loinger and longer as more members signup.

It causes a lot of vertical scrolling when there is a lot of members. I was wondering if it was possible to make the member list become a select box with 2 buttons "View" and "delete" so that you select a member name and then you choose the option.
