step one, how do i make a member group? step two, how do i add members to that group?

Step One
Goto >> Admin Section >> Edit member groups >> Add each group to one line.

Step Two
Click on any member >> you'll find modify in center of top bar >> click on it & there you got.

BTW no need to IMs you
