Installing new avatars

Hi!
I'm rather new here, don't know the YaBB lingo just yet, but I'm learning and reading all the messages (There are A LOT! )

I have downloaded new avatars onto my computer. Now how do I install them into my message forum? I'm using Yabb SE 1.5.1. After I go to admin and click on YaBBpak Center, I then click on create new YaBBpaks. This is where I don't know what to do. It asks for my directory to pack, my root directory and  the yabbpak filename. I don't know what these are.

I'm almost there! Can anyone tell me where to go from here?

u can just upload them via ftp to your YaBBImages/avatars directory

Use your ftp program to delete them.

whatever celeb avatrs they have are in the avatar gallery
