I can't access the admin page...when I am the admin of my message board. Any reason why this is happening?
I get the following error message...When I am the admin

"You are not allowed to access this section"

Please check your security settings in your browser(s), your cookie name in Settings.php (which should be ALPHANUMERIC)

Try running upgrade.php again.
