is there any way of using sendmail - i select it then it changes back to smtp again  ???

Fixed the one error (total post/topic display)

But can i do that sendmail thing, or will i have to use SMTP?

I cant edit the outgoing mail type (smtp/sendmail in forum installed mods settings and options) - what is the field this information is stored in and in which mysql table i'll see if it was missing like the totalTopics and totalMessages fields were.....

I recommend that you go into the upgrade.php file, and execute all the queries relating to the settings table.

OK how shall i do it then because i clean installed it then reverted back.  Shall i download the 'upgrade' edition, unzip it and simply run upgrade.php?

Thanks again i know this is really tedious and annoying (because i did everything retardedly!?) but dont think your efforts are in vain i really appreciate your help THANK YOU ;D!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That should work (running upgrade.php)...

You might try the 1.5.0 upgrade one however, it does less and therefore is less likely to mess anything up.  And, if anything goes wrong - run 1.5.1's upgrade.php.
