Image Size specification?

I know YaBB has built in support to resize the image as displayed in a thread, but it does not work well so I have it turned off.  Something with jpegs created on a macintosh.  When that feature is turned on it causes these images to be so small you can't even see them.

So, I was thinking how hard would it be to modify the code to allow for height and width parameters inside the [img ] tags?
