OK Ive noticed this with a few of the Moderators here so how in the heck do you get your avatar to change at each refresh? I think this would be cool to add for my staff. Any help is appreciated.

The script would go in your profile where you put in your picture info and the pics you want to use would go in a web accessable dir on your site.
