This mod would be for joining specific member groups, like if i click on a link that says "join here" it will say are you sure you want to join "membergroup1", fill out a reason why, and click yes or cancle, then have the admin specify wich users are the main person of the membergroup, and when a person wants to join it will send them a message, and the main person of the membergroup can add them to there membergroup, like have in that instant message after the reason why 2 links "add user to "membergroup1"" or "decline user"
