Strange "error"

Some of my users tell me that they sometimes get this on a black page:

what could be causing this?

Can you say is it a problem with the mysql server or with something else?

No I have absolutely no idea what is wrong.  Sounds like the server doesn't like you.

But seriously, I would tell your host - they might be able to fix it.
