Has anyone made a mod for SE 1.5 that allows a board to be set up so that only moderators can start threads?  On my board we have a topic of the day forum where the topics are suppose to be chosen by the moderator however since upgrading to 1.5 we no longer have the ability to limit who can start threads

make an announcement board

Nemesis made a mod before to add a certain membergroup to be posters so they'll be able to post on announcement boards, dont know if its 1.5.x compatible or not
