email any post to user for "watched" boards

hi,

i really need a solution to let users choose to recieve an email for any threads posted to a board they choose.  

e.g. i choose boards x,y,z to "watch" and any and all posts to those boards including new threads and replies to existing threads to be emailed to the user instead of having to go to the website to check for new ones.  

also, i'd want to see something like "reply to this thread" or "start new thread" at the bottom of each email sent out, that brings a user to the board in question.

if nothing like this exists now i'd be willing to pay some $$ for the development of this if someone wanted to do it as a postnuke module.
