Where is the Support Forum??

I'm a relatively experienced user -- I'd rate myself as "average" actually, but I suppose thats pretty experienced compared to some. But occasionally issues do crop up that I could use help with.

If its not really a "PHP Scripting" problem, and its not really a Bug, but its definitely a problem with the board, where am I supposed to put it?

For instance, I'm experiencing a cookie issue on my recently upgraded board that only affects one user. I don't think its a bug or it would likely affect multiple users. I just need support -- I need someone to work with me to solve the problem. So, I posted a request on the Support tracker at the YaBB SE Sourceforge site. Then I realized that there are five other support requests there that haven't been assigned or even touched, one of them as far back as Dec 9th. So thats obviously not it.

Anyone have any ideas where I can get help with this problem? And almost as important, am I the only one who feels there really ought to be an actual "Support" board on this forum?

Normally English Use Support is the best bet.

Btw your user is probably an isolated proble.. and the users problem.
