conversion of YaBB sp1.1 to SE not completing fully

Hi

I have a YaBB CGI Board (SP1.1) with 1080 members
1973 topics and 24957 posts.

I have tried to convert the board to YaBB SE and although I get no error messages the conversion does not complete.

As you can see, they look nothing like each other, most of the boards and messages are missing and it appears that all my members have birthdays on the same day and are 0 years old...lol  

I really would like to take advantage of the improved functionality/speed of YaBB SE. Can anybody tell me what I am dong wrong?

What might be happening is that some configurations of php will not allow php scripts to execute for longer than a set time.... and after that time simply terminate them.

If you have access to the server, update the php.ini file to allow scripts much more time - at least for this upgrade.

If you don't, ask your host if you can have the setting change for perhaps a day and install then.
