Optional Mailing List

There already is the option to "Mail all members", however, members would expect this to be used only for very important information. I could really use a mod that gave members an option to opt-in to a mailing list when they register, perhaps next to the agreemenet checkbox, another one asking if they would like to kept up to date with news via e-mail.

Then admins could have the option to "Mail all members" for earth-shattering news, and "Mail those members who don't mind you mailing them" for not so important stuff.

P.S. The registration approval system mod is something I have been needing for a long time!
