I have just used the converter on 2 of my YaBB boards, and it's great. Found 2 minor problems which you may be interested in:
1. I asked for my template to be copied over, which it was, but as template.html not template.php. A simple rename got this one working.
2. I have "." in some of my board/category names, and all of the objects with a dot in them were skipped during conversion. Once the were renamed (I.E.
album.pl.cat --> album_pl.cat) everything worked great.
