Remove "I have my own pic" option on Modify Profile CP

This mod removes the "I have my own pic" option in the modify profile cp. This way it forces user to pic only avatars you have on your board.

How about allowing admins to still be able to choose? I do something similar on my board but allow some membergroups to still able to choose an avatar that isn't shown for regular users.
