After someone post reply the topic, that topic will move up to the top of the page. How would I make it stay the same place as it was. It's kindda weird but I really need this. Please help!

the problem with this is, when someone replied a topic that's in page > 2, nobody will know, unless they go through those pages, but what if someone replied a topic in page 20...
