Hola, he visto que hay servidores donde tienen deshabilitada la opcion send mail, entonces se me ocurrio que por medio de un correo externo, dandele a yabb la clave, usuario y smtp del email, se podria mandar correo a los usuarios, es esto factible???? con un mod o algo asi???

eso depende del servidor.

por lo general, para evitar a los spammers, te piden autentificacion en casi cualquier servidor de SMTP, asi no cualquier manda mails. necesitarias conseguir un servidor que sea SMTP publico, y luego instalar eso... creo que vi un mod para mandar por smtp en algun lado...

antes de instalarlo debes tener un srvidor smtp que puedas utilizar.
