yeah there are quite a few boards you can click on "new posts" and it will show you a list of active topics for that day, including a small summary of the newest post in that topic.

I've looked around but I cant seem to find a mod for YSE that will let me have that.... :(

There is already a mod I think for this.. called Search New (well thats what the button is called anyways!!)

Installed it on my 1.3.1 board a while ago.

You click the Search New button and it opens a new window and lists all those posts (sorted by topic) that you havent read.

Is that what you mean?
