Category Background

On my main index page, I have the category background dark and made the text white for visibility. Problem is, when you click into a board, the text (board description and "Pages [1]", etc.) is black and is not visible against the dark ".catbg" color. Is there any way to change the color of the category text within the boards? The color I selected is only being applied to the main index page.
