I may have missed this, but is there a way to limit certain boards so that only the moderator can start a new topic thread in that board?

oh. That's simple enough. I guess I though Announcement Board meant replies could not be posted. Silly me. :-\

Hey!,

It looks like when you make it an announcement board nobody can create a new topic.

Wasn't the original question about giving moderators only the power to create a new topic?
