HAS anyone installed the Change subject mod??

Wow, man... this was just the mod I was looking for...
(the mod that let you select the icon for each cat

I installed it,
it said my sql db went ok, but when I logged in, everything was the same..
can you tell me where I went wrong???
I did like the install told me, run it thought the browser, then deleate...
Do I have to add anything to though the admin functions??

of course u need to change the icon/image filenames
im guessing it will be in Edit Boards or Edit Catagories in admin section

What do i change it to??
The mod I'm talking about adds a spot in the edit Catagories section. But after I did the install, it was not there, I just wanted to know if there is something else I should have done....

OPPPS, I made a BIG booboo, I never used the mod installer, I didn't even know it was out there...
I sould have things on the was sooo
