Text colors

Can someone please explain how to change the
text color of the following:

Mark Topics as Read || Start new topic  

Reply || Notify of replies ||  Send Topic ||  Print

Admin Functions:  Move Topic ||  Remove Topic ||  Lock/Unlock Topic ||  Sticky

They are white and I need them black to match my
color scheme.

It's in your template.php.  The stylesheet for link colors looks like this...
