I've tried to convert my YaBB 1 Gold to YaBB SE several times, but I always get this (step 3):

Rename this directory:

http://www.aad-clan.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.pl

to this:

http://www.aad-clan.com/cgi-bin/YaBB/YaBB.pl

Then try to convert it again.

Thanks m8, you said I should change it to capitals, but it was in capitals, and it should have been in lower case. So, thank you for the hint  ;D
