REQUEST OF A POST AND KARMA MOD

I ask you excuse but me I would need a change to an already integrated mod in the board Yabb if 1.4 of this kind if possible:  
 
The mod of the "good behavior" (karma), it would have to be modifiable Only from the Admins and Global Moderator.  
 
Then besides the creation of a new mod of the " points " " post " would serve me, that would owe to work this way:  
 
- the consumer earns 5 points for every new post effected in the sections he decided from the admin Only  
       
- the consumer loses 3 or 5 points for every reply done in the sections he decided from the admin Only  
 
- the consumer earns 2 points for every new post effected in any other section  
 
- the consumer earns 1 point for every reply effected in any other section  
       
- if pits possible, were optimal to do then yes that the consumer development of the post in the sections it decided from the admin earns 3 points for every reply served as the other consumers to his post  
 
- besides would be necessary to do in way that the consumer that fà 5 reply to the same post doesn't take 5 " points " " post ", but only one
