Please show me how to use only one installed YaBB SE for multi-forum (mean as multi-user or multi-account!), each forum has it own categories and boards and only display them!!!

This is complicated and takes severe modifications in some places.

I beleive www.40k.ca and www.eldaronline.com uses this, though.

you mentioned multi-users above...
do you want to have 2 forums sharing the same members/users table?
or 2 completely separated forums?

if you'd like to share everything between 2 forums, except for the categories and boards: as Compuart said, it's not that hard to do
basic stuffs that you need to do:
- edit ManageCats.php to let the admin choose which cats show in which forum
- edit BoardIndex.php to show cats according to the permissions above

more stuff that you can do
- edit MessageIndex.php and Display.php for viewing permissions
- edit Recent.php to show only recent posts for that certain forum
