Query on coverting SP1 with mods

Hi i have sp1 running at the moment and would like to convert it to SE, however im just wondering if the converter will convert my mods as well.

the critical ones that I have installed are

MS Messenger mod
Calendar mod
Poll mod

will converting them loose these features or will they be converted.??

Any advice you can offer me would be great

it will not convert your mods.  It does not convert the sources.  All it does it convert the settings, members, messages

Just a hint: The poll mod and the MS Messenger mod will be included in 1.3 ! It's worth to wait for it...
