Conversion OpenBB --> YabbSE?

Hi, I am currently running OpenBB and just discovered YabbSE for PHP. I have played with the CGI version of Yabb, while I liked the interface, the speed was just not my bag.  Now the PHP version is right up my alley!

Is there any plans to write a conversion from OpenBB to Yabb? Users/Postings etc.?

I don't know much about OpenBB, how are messages stored?  Flat file or database?

Any idea if this could be a possibility?  Would it be too hard?  The more I've played with YabbPHP, the more I want to use it. But I've been thru so many forums that I don't want to bother my users into re-registering for the 8th time.

the forum uses the mySQL database not a flatfile.
