Global Moderator Button Missing!

Problem Description:
Recently, I had to do a fresh install of my board because of a crash. I was able to restore the database from a backup.

Now, the people that I have set as Global Moderators no longer have the "Global Mod" button in thier menu bar. This button would take them to the Global Mod Center where the could do limited Admin functions, like ban a member.

However, that link/button is missing on thier menu.

I do not remember this being a mod that I installed, I thougt it came built into YabbSE

Is this a mod, or is something not right? And if it is a mod, where could I find it!
