Custom Moderator Group?

Problem Description:
I want to make a new group, that has global moderator privledges.... but i want to edit these privledges.
For Example:  giving them the ability to sticky topics, but not the ability to edit/delete threads.

does anyone know how this might be possible?

i don't have SMF.

Is it possible to edit something like load.php,
to achieve what I want?

You would have to modify alot of the sources to do this.

And SMF will be released pretty soon, so it would be wise to upgrade to it when it is released.

Pretty much every file that uses any type of permission... which would be most of the files. :-\

Load.php, Display.php to add your membergroup and make the admin options visible to them.

The rest is more or less self explanatory, for example:

Lockthread.php, MoveThread.php, ModifyMessage.php

The sticky topic function is in Subs.php

I think that's about it...
