Cant stay logged in on a computer differnt then mine

Problem Description:
Hi just started running a YaBB SE Forum of my computer using xampp apach and when i go on another computer in my house i cant stay logged in but i even enabled all cookies. i can only stayed logged in on my own computer that the website forum is running off of so can some one please help me

1) Don't refer to it as xampp apache - just apache
2) Please don't message me with all your questions when you are posting here as well - I do check the boards.
3) When you say you have enabled cookies you mean on the YABB SE forum itself?
4) Have you tried logging in from other computers outside of your network?
5) Have you tried different combinations of cookie settings on YABB SE? Try them all.
