Can't post any messages...

Problem Description:
I looked through the posts but I can't seem to find any help on this. I finally have the board looking and working the way I want but messages can't be previewed or posted. I get one these when I try to post, http://www.perfectnav.com/index.cfm?action....

I installed this through Fantastico but when I tried to make changes through the admin panel i kep getting a page not found. At the advice (thanks again) of a member here, I took the template and index.php page off and customized in manually. Is there maybe something in here I might have changed incorrctley.

Do you mean that when trying to post it sends you to that url?

If not then could you please better explain your problem?

Does it happen just for posting or for any other areas?

I am guessing it could be a problem with the header(); part... see that lycos thread pinned to the top of this english help board. Try installing that and see if that fixes it.

You may have spyware on your computer; this sounds like what "PerfectNav" is.

Yeah, this only happens when I try to post a message. I set the board to allow anyone to post. Itried to post logged in and as a guest and I get the same thing.

I type in my subject, message, etc. When I hit post, I get this page... http://www.perfectnav.com/index.cfm?action=lookup&pc=pnkz&arg=404&Keywords=http://thenaughtylist.net/naughtyforum/index.php?board=1;action=post2&uid=31361E14-3374-40F1-8D0C-02894E0B0AD4&version=1.5.0

I don't think it's spyware, I had a friend on the east coast try to post and he could not either. I don't really know where to look for a problem. I imagine the messages must post in a mysql database or post.php....?

I also get a 404 when posting.  Looks like PHP is not set up properly.

.....I took the http://perfectnav crap out and tried the rest of the url, http://thenaughtylist.net/naughtyforum/index.php?board=1;action=post2&uid=31361E14-3374-40F1-8D0C-02894E0B0AD4&version=1.5.0 and it took me to a page in my forum with a window that says

"An Error Has Occurred!

Failure in submission of form. Session timeout."

I can't figure out why it won't submit...

Any ideas on what php files i could change fro mthe forum that mught fix this?

You probably have spyware like [Unkown] said becasue it did that to me when i had spyware well didnt do that to me on a forum but did it on other websites

Spyware is possible although I use BPS spyware remover. But why would the page display a 404 for other people?

I think I need to talk to the host. Last night I could no longer checkout of my store....same error as with the forum. I tried to uninstall the store and reinstall it but the same problem.
