The buttons is in a really annoying place, i just saw someone with a link in their signature and it was right above the report post to moderator button, i think it should be aligned to the right (so its under the IP address)

Definitely. Either that or directly underneath it. Personally, I like all the user info buttons (i.e. profile, homepage, AIM, YIM, etc.) in a row underneath the user's signature, along with the Report to Mods button aligned right, underneat the IP.

How would you feed about shorten the text? Here somme suggestions:

"Report to moderator"

"Report post to moderator"

"Notify moderator"

For me: the shorter the better. If you think short text is not self explanatory enough, then one could add a tooltip text clearing up.

The shortest would be: some good icon, with a tooltip text "Notify moderator".
