How to Convert YaBB Gold

I have downloaded yabbse_1-0-0s.zip and installed the forum at http://www.ourlanka.com/yabb now how can I convert my old YaBB Gold CGI data to this new form?

Use converter.php.  If you don't have it, just download the non-safe version zip, it's in there.
