Edit the text for the sticky buttons. and all the menu that lies below the forums..

Its originally black and I wish to edit it to a lighter color to work with a dark background.

I tried editing the template.php but didnt see any options in there for it.?

2: How do I edit the color on my news fader background?
I have to manually edit this since I cant do it through
the admin panel.
