[BETA] Avatar resize fix

Hi all,

This mod changes yabbs script in order to resize an avatar only if it's larger then the avatar size limitation.
If the avatar is smaller or equal to the size limitation, it wont be resized.

I have'nt seen anything like this before...

I "rated" it as beta because im not sure that it works good with every possible width and height limitations...
please report any bugs...

i'v tested it on versions 1.4 and 1.3
worked just fine...

what do u mean isnt working?
u cant download it or it doesnt work when u try to install it?
