Trouble with Variables

I have a problem.  I have recently switched servers to IPower.
I have transfered everything over to the new server.  I have the board upgraded to v. Gold SP1.3 and it looks like it was successfull.  I have tested many of the functions and all seem to be working.

My problem is this.  In switching servers I wanted to upgrade to SE.  I have installed it and it was successful.  Safe Mode is NOT on and was verified in step one of the conversion process.  I am running the converter to convert my Gold v 1.3 board to SEand I the first problems that I find are with the Variables folder.  This is the message I receive.

Make sure the path to the Variables folder is correct.

Folks (not that many looked here)  ;),
I found out what was wrong after contacting my webserver's techies.  The default paths that PHP was writing were wrong.  Now I had suspected this as a possibility, and tried several common variations, but IPower does things a little different.  The problem is solved now. Thanks.
