Chat Rooms?

How about implementing some optional chat rooms. So the admin can install those chat mod's or not.

and if a Chat will be implentated, please make that the admin can put in the Time when the Chat is opened. I want to put in a external Chat on my board, but this should only opend twice a week in the evening (if ya know what I mean).
Don`t know how I can make something like that.
