By adding a language preference in the member profile could perhaps result in the use of multiple languages (files)

Maybe easier said than done.  :D

yeah.. but the posts would still be in english or whatever... no matter what the user chose.

There is a hack for this is YaBB 1 Gold, but like said before me, its pretty useless  :P

of course it is not so useless. On my Board are visitors of many country`s. Well, of course most German`s know what to klick in the English Language - but I want my Board in German (95 % of my visitors are from Germany). And I think other people didn`t know what "zitieren" (quote) and others mean so I think it is a good idea that visitors can use their Language and of course the Butons for their Language.

Hope someone can make this hack.

OH, I forgot to say.

Sure, the Messages stays in their Language. But when a visitor comes to my board and asks something in English the German answer in English too - so it is a good Future to put in multiple Languages.

Actually all it would take is the different language packs, english.lng and german.lng, get the user to set their pack, save in database and it's done and done!  ;D

of course yes, but can someone make the Changes in the code ???  I am not so good in that *ggg* and before I make some mistakes there  ;D ;D
