I would caution those of you who want to upgrade to YaBB SE and who have their web-hosting plan with Verizon. If you don't have their Corporate Plan or greater (Starting at $49.95 per month) then you will not be able to use YaBB SE as the lower plans do not allow use of MySQL or PHP features.

So, before you spend the time installing, check your web-hosting plan to be sure you have access to the database features you need. :-[

That's horrible.  A lot of hosts now have packages for around $15 a month and offer mySQL and more...
