Help with Converter

Whatever i try, i get a lot of that errors:

Warning: Supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/ak002gpa/www/home/forum1/converter.php on line 271
Error editing table (1_settings). Unable to set agreement=Durch die Registrierung in diese

Any hints, what's going wrong? Do you need additional infos?

Your prefix should not start with a number, please use something with at least one letter - like prefix1.

Just tried it with the same results:

And i bit later i tried it without prefix. Same sh**.

I only need to import the messages into SE. All the other things like members, settings and so on are not necessary. Is there another way to get the messages from  Gold into SE?
