Number of answers seems to be counted wrong: the board view showes 1 answer, when there are 2 within the thread.

It's always possible he deleted a post.  And you may be confused by a change I just made - I toggled "view polls as topics" to try it out - now all polls will look just like topics...

chinese characters

if looking at the member screen, under this link:

On one name, one sees pretty chinese words, in the other there are some hyeroglyph special chars only.
what is causing the difference?

In this present post, I see no chinese words, only special characters such as ^^ etc.

um.. that's kind weird..
It seems one of the name would be showed in the correct form without the Chinese(Big5) encoding been selected.
By the way, they both are mine, the one that has no post is been registered with a Chinese name.
The board lets me do so, but won't let me login for invalid character.
Would this be fixed ?
It would be nice if I can register with chinese name, and use it~
