Avatar help please

Ok- All my user avatars as 85x85 and I have one of my own that I link to that is 95x95. I want all the members to have 85x85 unless they are ADMIN. However, when you use your own image and link to it it changes it to 95x95 even if your original image is 85x85. Is there any way to fix this? I have the user pic limit set to 95x95 so it doesnt resize my image b/c I want to have one slightly bigger than reg members. Weird thing is that all the user avatars who use ones in profile selection are still 85x85.

Or can there be a MOD created if there is no way to fix this?
